If an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, you have to make those changes before 24 hours of your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the appointment deposit will not be applied to your rescheduled appointment or refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered “no show”. The no show fee is 20% of what the total would have been.
